Oakland University Men’s Soccer program will be hosting a College ID Winter Camp on February 17-18, 2012. The College ID Winter Camp will consist of 60 players total, 8 of which will be goal keepers. Camp will be opened to high-school sophomores, juniors and seniors as well as junior college and college freshman and sophomores. Oakland University will use the Winter ID Camp to give the players an idea of what it’s like to be a Division 1 soccer player and its’ processes. There will be four teams of 15 players. Those four teams will train and play matches, to showcase their talents. Each team will be led by one of the staff member from Oakland University Men’s Soccer team as well as assisted by a University coach for another various division (i.e I, II or III). As an added bonus the ID Camp will also be seen by staff members from other Universities for scouting purposes. We would really like to see you there!
The registration has opened today and here is the link to register. Again only allowing 60 players we w ill fill very fast so we ask for you to sign up soon. We are inviting players that we and other coaches want to see at the event.
